Werner Siegrist

FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Werner Siegrist as the sole member of the Board of Directors of Globo Real Estate AG.

He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the firm and oversees its investment strategy, capital formation and cross-border transactions. He has more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment, structured finance and private equity across Switzerland, continental Europe and the United States.

Throughout his career, he has participated in transactions exceeding CHF 500 million across residential, commercial, logistics, hospitality and mixed-use assets. His experience spans acquisitions, development finance, joint ventures, restructurings and institutional fundraising for projects ranging from CHF 10 million to more than CHF 50 million.

Werner leads negotiations with institutional investors, family offices, pension funds and international lending institutions, with particular expertise in structuring complex cross-border investments and aligning public and private capital.

He serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee and is responsible for final investment approvals, strategic partnerships and corporate governance.

Jonathan Hovnatyan

Chief Investment Officer

Jonathan Hovnatyan leads acquisitions, underwriting and portfolio management throughout Europe and North America.

With more than 20 years of institutional investment experience, he has directed acquisitions and asset management programs covering residential, logistics, office, life sciences and mixed-use developments. Prior to joining the firm, he advised institutional investors, REITs and private equity sponsors on portfolio acquisitions, recapitalizations and large-scale development projects across the United States and Europe.

Jonathan chairs the Investment Committee's underwriting process and oversees due diligence, valuation, investment execution and portfolio performance.

Marco Rossi

Managing Director – Development

Marco Rossi oversees all development and construction activities, from land acquisition through project delivery.

A chartered civil engineer with more than 18 years of experience, he has managed residential, commercial and mixed-use developments exceeding CHF 100 million in aggregate development value across Switzerland, Italy and selected U.S. markets.

His responsibilities include planning, procurement, contractor selection, budget control, financing milestones and ESG implementation.

David Reynolds

Managing Director – Capital Markets

David Reynolds is responsible for debt advisory, capital raising and lender relationships across Europe, Canada, South America and North America.

He has structured senior debt, mezzanine facilities, preferred equity and syndicated financings for acquisitions, developments and portfolio refinancing totaling more than USD 300 million.

David works closely with commercial banks, insurance companies, debt funds and institutional investors to optimize capital structures while maintaining prudent leverage and risk management.

Sophie Laurent

General Counsel & Head of Compliance

Sophie Laurent oversees legal affairs, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Her responsibilities include transaction documentation, joint venture agreements, shareholder arrangements, financing documentation and cross-border corporate structuring. She also leads KYC, AML, sanctions screening and compliance with applicable Swiss, European and U.S. regulatory requirements.
